Return Policy

Please request a return authorization number and return instructions prior to returning any item.

New Product Return Conditions

Parts must be returned with the original packaging intact, suitable for restocking as new.

We cannot accept returns for items in the following cases:

·         if the product or product packaging is torn open or the original packaging is damaged or incomplete or in non-resellable condition.

·         if the product has been used, tested, installed or altered in any way.

·         if more than 14 days have elapsed since the order was shipped.

·         if the product is a special order item that we do not normally stock in our warehouse.

·         if the product is damaged due to improper and faulty installation and operation

·         if the product is by Special Order

·         if the item is on CLEARANCE or FINAL SALE

·    if the item is returned without requested Return Goods Authorization form, Return Goods Authorization number and payment document, provided by the MERCHANT upon delivery of the goods to the USER/CUSTOMER.

New Product Return Procedure & Processing

  1. Please request a Return Goods Authorization form and Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) by sending us an e-mail at returns@marine-parts.eu . It is important to write this RGA number on outside of package, so when we receive the package it will be routed to correct person at Marine-Parts.eu. We cannot issue a refund without a Return Goods Authorization number and form and payment document, provided by the MERCHANT. We will email return instructions to you within 24 hours during weekdays.

  2. Return your products securely packaged, according to the instructions you receive. Please keep all products in their original packages and all products must be kept in new and resalable condition. (Please understand any item that has been installed or tested is non-returnable). It is always best to use a traceable shipping method or one that offers delivery confirmation. We recommend to use the same courier services that initially delivered the purchased goods, so there will be delivery history. For international orders using the same courier services that initially delivered the purchased goods is obligatory. We recommend you insure the package and all contents for full value, in the event the item is lost or damage during return shipping. If we do not receive the package, or if item is damaged, we cannot issue a refund.

  3. Marine-Engine.eu will issue a refund for the purchase price of the items meeting the return conditions listed above. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: Once we receive your return, it can take 7-10 business days to complete the return process and issue a refund.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Claim Returns

PLEASE NOTE: Warranty claim evaluation times vary by manufacturer. Once we receive your return it can take 4-6 weeks to complete the evaluation process and issue a refund.

  3. Once we receive the product we will then return the product to the manufacturer for warranty evaluation.

  4. The manufacturer will inspect the product and make a warranty approval if appropriate, then notify Marine-Parts.eu.

  5. Marine-Parts.eu will then refund your purchase price for the item. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

As soon as the refund settles, the refunded transaction for the purchase price of products will be made to the USER'S/CUSTOMER'S provided bank account. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. When a refund is issued we will contact you by email to let you know the refund has been made.

Please send your return with the accompanying Return Goods Authorization number and original proof of payment document, provided by the MERCHANT, freight pre-paid, to:
