1.Transportation costs for courier delivery for products purchased from www.marine-parts.eu are: delivery charge and, in the case of international orders – also all customs and other taxes related to exports.
The cost of the delivery services is calculated and communicated to the USER/CUSTOMER at the time of the order, depending on the overall criteria of the order (volume, weight, materials). Marine-Parts.eu assesses transport costs on the basis of internal indicators and the USER/CUSTOMER accepts explicitly, by sending the order, the cost estimates for the transportation regardless of the output data, that determines the cost. Therefore, the USER/CUSTOMER can not claim a lower transport price based on own estimates or measurements of the shipment.
2. The USER/CUSTOMER bears the full risk of damage/loss of the goods upon delivery. Immediately after the goods are handed over to a courier, the MERCHANT is relieved of the risk, which is transferred to the USER/CUSTOMER. The MERCHANT is not responsible for delay if the delay is due to a courier or other supplier.
3. Immediately upon delivery, the goods should be carefully inspected by the USER/CUSTOMER or an authorized person. Any damages should be reported to the MERCHANT immediately. In the event that damage is found to have occurred during the transport of the goods, the MERCHANT is not responsible for the warranty service of this product. In cases where the MERCHANT is given a written delivery date and time in writing, the statement is binding. In the case of an incorrect or wrong address, contact person and/or a telephone number during the request submission by the USER/CUSTOMER, the MERCHANT is not bound by any obligation to perform the order.
3.1. Upon delivery of the goods, the USER/CUSTOMER or a third party undertakes to sign the accompanying documents. A third party shall be any person who is not the owner of the application but accepts the goods of delivery and is at the address, specified by the USER/CUSTOMER.
Upon refusal to receive the goods, except for the cases described below, the refusal shall be considered as unfounded and the USER/CUSTOMER owes the payment of the cost of delivery and return of the goods. In the event that the USER/CUSTOMER is not found within the delivery deadline at the specified address or if there is no access and conditions for the delivery of the goods within this period, the MERCHANT shall be relieved of his obligation to deliver the goods ordered for purchase.
3.2. When the delivered goods apparently do not correspond to the goods ordered by the USER/CUSTOMER and this can be established through its ordinary inspection, the USER/CUSTOMER may request that the supplied goods be replaced by a purchase request made by him/her within the 24 hours after receipt.
4. The time for delivery of a particular order is explicitly announced at the time of placing the order and is influenced by the choice of courier service and supplier by the USER/CUSTOMER. The total delivery time may be shifted over time by a particular product with a longer delivery period (for example: a product not in stock), so that the USER/CUSTOMER accepts that by merging several products into one order, the delivery of the products will shift over time to the farthest date, but only on condition that the USER/CUSTOMER has requested aggregation of orders. As a rule, the products of one order are delivered in one bundle with one bill of lading (not partially delivered from one order).
Deliveries are usually made within the stated period taken on the order, and the USER/CUSTOMER can receive information about the delivery status at any time. If the product can not be delivered with the mentioned deadline, Marine-Parts.eu will inform the USER/CUSTOMER immediately by e-mail, offering two options: USER/CUSTOMER may cancel (in writing) the order/product or accepts the proposed new delivery deadline. If the payment is made in advance of delivery, the amounts paid will be refunded in full according to the law within 14 days of the date of the refusal.
5. Marine-Parts.eu may have promotional offers for free delivery (calculating a shipping fee of 0 BGN). Free delivery is available when purchasing goods with a total value only under certain terms defined by Marine.Parts.eu.
Special offers shall be communicated and accepted at the time of placing the order. Free offers are not mandatory for Marine.Parts.eu.
